The idea of ECG has been supported by Kässbohrer since its foundation. The upcoming ECG Conference, with its return to Vienna, is a historic opportunity for Kässbohrer to do so also as a Premium Sponsor and local host.
The ECG Conference 2022 is the right place to further sharpen the view into the future of the finished vehicle industry. Zero-emission technologies are a building block for the future and Kässbohrer, together with its project and development partners, ECG Member, Galliker Transport & Logistics and Designwerk Technologies AG, will present the world's first purely electric articulated car transporter in Vienna on 13-14 October at the Hilton Vienna Park.
In addition to the development of innovative and increasingly specific vehicle transporters for the best possible loading factor, and thus the most efficient transport use, Kässbohrer also sees itself as a 'bridge builder' for technology-based inter-modal solutions. The 'r2L' road rail link-system developed together with the Salzburg entrepreneur Franz Blum, of ECG Member VEGA International, is a milestone in this respect. Developments in special vehicle designs and logistics are rapid and the ECG Conference 2022 is an ideal opportunity to look at what has already been achieved in the industry and also what challenges will determine the next steps.
