The MOSOLF Group is restructuring its corporate management with a view to the future and as part of a long-term succession plan. Patrick Oestreich (46) will become a member of the Executive Board on February 1, 2026, and will take over as Chairman of the Executive Board on July 1, 2026. Dr. Jörg Mosolf will accompany the transition in his current role until his retirement on June 30, 2026.
Dr. Mosolf will continue to serve as managing director of MOSOLF Port Logistics & Services and will closely support the executive board as an advisor in the areas of M&A and corporate strategy.
With Patrick Oestreich, the MOSOLF Group gains an internationally experienced manager who combines operational excellence, strategic foresight, and modern leadership approaches. Oestreich looks back on more than two decades in the logistics and transport industry, including as Chief Commercial Officer at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics and in senior strategic and operational roles at XPO Logistics and DB Schenker. His international experience, deep understanding of market and customer requirements, expertise in digital transformation, and focus on team and cultural development shape his leadership style and will significantly support the further development of the MOSOLF Group.
