Together with Tatravagonka, Hödlmayr has developed a new wagon that safely transports of semitrailer tractors as well as light to heavy commercial vehicles by rail.
The Laados type wagon is a 6-axle, 3-part, single-deck wagon for transporting tractor units, heavy and light commercial vehicles. The wagon adapts to the development of electric mobility thanks to its optimized weight and increased axle load, which allows the transport of heavy tractor units up to 9.5 tons. The minimization of the loading height above the top of the rail facilitates loading with tractor units, and the wagon's internal profile allows it to be easily driven over by truck.
