News from ECG
The latest Maritime & Ports Working Group meeting took place on 24/25 October in Antwerp, kindly sponsored by INFORM and ECG members: Port of Antwerp-Bruges and Antwerp Euroterminal (AET).
Oliver Fuhljahn, chairman of the working group, opened the meeting and welcomed attendees. Around 40 participants gathered to discuss innovation in terminals and car transport, pilot exemption certificates, the capacity crisis and other issues affecting the industry.
The usual update on ECG's activities was given by Mike Sturgeon. He presented the latest developments within working groups and gave an overview on the ECG Conference in Vienna and future events.
The meeting was followed by a tour of Antwerp Euroterminal and its new parking facility.
