In the world of transportation, the latest generation of trucks are equipped with advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS). These systems are essential for preventing serious accidents and ensuring the safety of drivers
At Hödlmayr, in collaboration with Digitrans, we held an ADAS training course on the test track for autonomous driving for the first time.
Our goal? To equip drivers not only with theoretical knowledge, but also with practical experience in dealing with these systems. 12 driver trainers from different countries took part to deepen their knowledge of sensors and assistance systems. Practical tests on the test track enabled them to operate the latest assistance systems safely.
Christian Wansch, Team Leader Driver Support at Hödlmayr Logistics GmbH, emphasizes:
"The tests and driving maneuvers at the Digitrans test center for autonomous driving helped us significantly to better understand the driver assistance systems in our truck and to be able to operate them with confidence.
