Assistor-Uuttera's ownership will change – as a result of the acquisition the company's ownership will be transferred to Assistor Uuttera’s current management and to Uuttera Oy, which was previously part owner of the company.

We are pleased to announce that Veho has sold its ownership in Assistor-Uuttera to the management of Assistor-Uuttera and Uuttera Oy, effective from the 1st of December. This decision is part of Veho’s strategic focus on core business activities, distribution and retail of Mercedes-Benz and Daimler Truck products and services.

As a result of the completed business arrangement, the ownership of Assistor-Uuttera will be transferred to AU management, and at the same time, Uuttera Oy's share in the company will increase. The company's management will remain unchanged.

Assistor-Uuttera will continue as a trendsetter and leading service provider, further developing its vehicle logistics operations based on customer needs.
